The shipping timeline did not meet the expectations that were clearly communicated to us. When we attempted to cancel the order due to this delay, we were told that cancellation was not allowed—even though the order had not yet been picked up. We are now being charged shipping for an order we no longer wanted and tried to cancel in good faith.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on how this situation was handled, we will not be using your company again and will be advising other contractors to reconsider doing business with you as well.
