We ordered this material to match an existing floor we are working on and requested a sample before ordering. The sample that arrived was a perfect match. However the 12×12 we ordered is not a match thot he sample nor the floor we are working on. Below is a picture of the sample we received form you and on top on the 12×12 order. The material we received is a very light cream color, no gold at all. We need 12×12’s that match the sample and the pictures you show online. I am aware of the shade differences with natural stone bit I expected it to look like the sample provided
We are not happy with service. We have paid a lot for tiles and shipping and my bathroom can’t be finished without tiles. My order still shows as processing.
